Explains the Scriptural basis for the acknowledgement of God in the United States. The story picks up where part 1 leaves off, taking Judge Moore to victory over the plaque case, and then propelling him into office as the Chief Justice of Alabama. (27 Minutes)

Part 3 goes in-depth on the trials to remove the Ten Commandments monument from the Alabama Judicial Building as well as Chief Justice Moore from office.
